These cover most "my links aren't showing" reports.
- Clear your page cache. Cached pages keep the links they had when they were cached.Caching note →
- Check the rule is enabled. Disabled rules show OFF in the Rules list.Managing rules →
- Check the exact wording. Matching is whole-word, so plurals and hyphenated forms need a variation or their own rule. How matching works →
- Check your plan includes the link type. On Free, rules pointing to other websites are marked "Paid rule inactive in Free".Link types →
- Check your limits. On paid plans, max links per post, skipped opening paragraphs and per-page disable can all stop a link.Settings →

rootlinkd support FAQ
How do I get help with rootlinkd?
Start with the rootlinkd documentation, which covers setup, every setting and troubleshooting. If that doesn't answer your question, send a message through the contact form with your plan, WordPress version, the page URL and the rule involved.
How do I report a bug?
Use the contact form and choose "Bug report". Include the steps that cause the problem, the page URL, your WordPress and PHP versions, your page builder and any caching plugin.
Where do I find my licence key?
Your licence key is in the email sent after purchase, and in the Freemius customer portal at users.freemius.com, where you sign in with the email address you bought with.
Why are my auto links not showing?
The most common causes are a page cache that needs clearing, a disabled rule, wording that doesn't match the keyword exactly, a link type your plan doesn't include, or a paid-plan limit such as max links per post. The troubleshooting section of the documentation covers each one.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes. Send it through the contact form and describe what you're trying to do.
